Church of the Larger Fellowship members living in the geographical area of the PNWD may caucus to elect two delegates to attend the 2012 PNWD District Assembly business meeting. Upon arrival on site for District Assembly, CLF members should use the meeting message board to set the time and place for their caucus. Once CLF delegates are determined, they must report to the PNWD Delegate Table for membership confirmation and to receive their voting credentials.
The Delegate Table will be open to issue voting credentials:
– Friday, May 18, 4:00-7:30 p.m.
– Saturday, May 19, 7:00-7:30 a.m.
Delegate check-in closes thirty minutes before Saturday morning’s 8:00 business meeting.
