Remember the success of The Laramie Project last winter, in which 26 national and 12 district congregations hosted staged readings of the play? The social justice flame lives on. Further shows have since been delivered at the University of Washington as well as Interlake High School of Bellevue (WA) this past year. And now it’s International School of Bellevue’s turn to stage it.
The play will feature an East Shore Unitarian Church Youth Group congregant, Logan Schmidt, and is scheduled March 30th – April 1st. So if you missed it last spring, and you’re in the Seattle area, be sure to catch the show later this month. And when you do, show your UU pride and affirm your first principle stance by wearing your Standing on the Side of Love shirt! Click on the order form for location, show times and ticket information.
