The Rev. Mr. Zoltán “Zoli” Kopándi-Benczédi, who serves three Transylvanian congregations as minister, has come to the U.S. to study at Starr King School for the Ministry in Berkeley through a grant from the Balázs Scholars Program. Shoreline Unitarian Universalist Church will be welcoming him for a Chili and Soup Dinner on Friday, March 23 at 6:30 p.m. Call Helena Parker at 206-784-7105 for more information. SUUC hosts a second gathering for Rev. “Zoli” on Wednesday, March 28 — a potluck that begins at 6:30. The Rev. “Zoli” will speak from the Shoreline pulpit at 10:30 a.m. on April 1 before returning to Berkeley.
