Last
month, the UU Church in Eugene held a long-awaited building dedication for a space they acquired in 2011. The Scottish Rite Masonic Temple, three times as large as their old church, is centrally located and seems to be the ideal place to live the church’s mission statement: “Empowered by love, we transform ourselves and serve our world.” You can read an earlier posting on the PNWD News with details about their move, and also read an article in the Eugene Register-Guard published the day of the dedication service.
