On April 21st, Tent City 4 (TC4) will move to Woodinville Unitarian Universalist Church, WA for 90 days. WUUC minister, the Rev. Lois Van Leer said, “Hospitality and compassion are at the core of our religious tradition. It is a privilege for us to once again host Tent City 4 and its occupants. Of course our wish would be that the causes of homelessness be eradicated and that there would be no need for tent cities. But until that time comes, we will continue to open our church home to those who are homeless.”
WUUC invites the local community to share their generosity with TC4, and help ensure that the residents are served hot meals every evening. If you are interested in gathering some folks to plan, prepare, and serve a meal for up to 100 appreciative residents, please sign up online.
