subsection-photo-multculturalismAre you a Unitarian Universalist (UU) of Color? Are you Latino/a, Hispanic, Chicano/a? Multiracial/Multiethnic? American Indian, First Nations, Alaska Native, Aboriginal? Middle Eastern, Arab? Black, African American, African Diaspora? Caribbean Diaspora? Pacific Islander, Native Hawaiian, South Asian, Southeast Asian? Transracially adopted? All of the above?

The UUA is sponsoring a way for UUs who identify as People of Color all across the country to meet. In May 2013, UUs of Color began gathering online and by phone for conversation, support, and community. This meeting space is to support communities of color within the Unitarian Universalist faith. Participation is limited to people of color (including the diversities listed above). Adults, young adults, elders, and youth are all welcome. Please spread this good news.

More information can be found online at http://www.uua.org/multiculturalism/286649.shtml or by contacting the meeting convener, Jessica York,  jyork@uua.org. Please also post this flyer in your congregations.
