The Pacific Western Region (PWR) and Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) staff are pleased to announce a “new” resource for UUs in the west – the consolidated, improved and UUA-nested PWR website! The UUA is working to fully enfold all the regional websites, and now you’ll find the PWR pages at UUA.org/Pacific-Western.
Boards of the four Districts in the Pacific Western Region have delegated all program planning and implementation as well as oversight of all administration to the UUA through your regional staff. To recognize efficiencies and centralize information, all web content related to programs will migrate from the PNWD and other district websites to the unified PWR site over the next several weeks. Event calendars from all four districts have already been consolidated on the PWR website. District websites will continue to offer governance-related content.
We encourage you to subscribe now to the PWR News, which will be replacing the PNWD and other district newsblogs and newsletters on a varied schedule over the next year or so. When a new item is posted, subscribers will receive an email alerting them to the story. It’s a great way to find out what’s going on near you and around the region, without having to wait for a scheduled newsletter. Find the subscription box at the PWR News page!
