On Saturday, June 11, from 2 – 4 p.m., the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (UUSC) will present a free workshop on UUSC’s work in Haiti. The event will be led by Nichole Cirillo, manager of UUSC’s Haiti volunteer program, and Linda McKim-Bell of Portland, Ore., UUSC’s volunteer network regional coordinator. As reported earlier, Cirillo will also speak on June 10 at University Unitarian Church in Seattle.
The June 11 workshop will be held at Bellingham Unitarian Fellowship, 1207 Ellsworth Street, Bellingham, WA. Refreshments will be served. The event is free and open to the public, but space is limited. RSVP by June 6 to UUSC volunteer Sarah Pearson at 360-647-3463 or ewscpearson@msn.com.
