Relationships among individuals in any group are complex because of differences in social location, organizational role, personal charisma and inner strength. Beloved Community does not assume we obliterate these differences but that we act with awareness of how power in its many forms builds or destroys authenticity, connection and inclusion. “Navigating Rank in the Beloved Community” is the third in the Beloved Community Series with presenters Rev.
