UU Minister the Rev. Kit Ketcham has joined the Board of Contributors to The Daily Astorian, which recently published her column in their “Writer’s Notebook.” She writes,
Over the years, my own understanding of the issues and struggles of same-sex couples has taken me from deep anxiety to a passionate advocacy for love and justice for women and men whose commitment to each other has been denied legal status. We fear what we don’t understand – and I no longer feel afraid.
