This training is made possible by a generous grant from the Unitarian Universalist Funding Panel and is sponsored by the PNWD

This five month semi-virtual leadership training, facilitated by Kristen Dillon of the Mid-Columbia UU Fellowship, is an ideal experience for members from small congregations who have that spark and potential to be leaders and who desire some grooming to get ready to step into leadership roles. Participants are nominated by their congregation boards and would ideally attend in a team of 2 to 4 people.

Topics covered include Unitarian Universalist Governance and Theology, Religious Leadership Identity, Growth & Change in Congregations, Power & Authority, and Appreciative Inquiry through a variety of learning opportunities such as monthly webinars, readings and responses, team assignments and small group ministries. The training will culminate in a weekend retreat March 16 -18th, 2012 at Anderson Lodge in Ariel, Washington.

The cost of $200 per participant includes room and board for the retreat, books, a toolbox of resources, travel equalization and PNWD webinars.
