Washington State Unitarian Universalist Voices for Justice is sponsoring a workshop on effective congregation-based social action. The workshop will be led by the Reverend Dr. Richard S. Gilbert, Minister Emeritus of First Unitarian Church of Rochester, NY.  He is the author of the Building Your Own Theology curriculum and of several books, including The Prophetic Imperative: Social Gospel in Theory and Practice, and How Much Do We Deserve? An Inquiry into Distributive Justice.

Friday, March 23,  7-9 pm:  Reception and Conversation with Reverend Gilbert

Saturday, March 24,  9 am-4 pm:  Workshop at Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church, 308 Fourth Avenue S., Kirkland WA  98033

Cost is $25 per person, which includes lunch on Saturday.
